Product Overview
The intelligent tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. The fork body is vibrated by crystal excitation. When the end of the fork is immersed in liquid, the vibration frequency changes. This change is detected by the electronic circuitry and outputs a switching signal, enabling high and low level alarm and control.
The tuning fork level switch is often referred to as an “electrical float.” It is suitable for applications where float level switches cannot be used due to scaling, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, or similar conditions.
Since the tuning fork level switch has no moving parts, it requires no maintenance or adjustment, making it an upgraded replacement for traditional float level switches.
This series includes standard type, intrinsically safe type, and explosion-proof type, suitable for different environmental requirements.
